Dear Team,
As we stepping into New Year 2026, I would like to extend my warmest wishes to each one of you and your families. A new year always brings fresh energy, new opportunities, and a chance to introspect on how far we have come and how much further we can go—together.
First and foremost, I want to sincerely thank you for your hard work, dedication, and commitment throughout the Year 2025. Your efforts have played a vital role in strengthening our relationships with clients and in building the organisation we are proud to be part of today.
Creating a Better Workplace: A positive and professional workplace is not created by policies alone—it is built by people. I encourage everyone to:
- Communicate respectfully and transparently with colleagues across teams and levels.
- Take ownership of responsibilities instead of passing challenges forward.
- Be solution-oriented rather than problem-focused.
- Support each other, especially during peak workloads and tight timelines.
- Remember, how we treat each other internally reflects directly on how we perform for our clients
Client Satisfaction Is Everyone’s Responsibility: Client satisfaction does not rest with one department or one individual—it is a collective responsibility. Every task we perform, whether big or small, ultimately impacts the client experience. Hence, I request everyone to:
- Maintain high standards of quality in execution—there is no compromise on this.
- Be proactive in identifying risks, gaps, or challenges and work accordingly.
- Adhere strictly to timelines and commitments once agreed.
- Think from the client’s perspective and act in the best interest of the project.
- Re-fielding, rework, or client dissatisfaction costs us not only time and money but also credibility, which takes years to build.
Accountability, Ownership & Continuous Improvement: Mistakes can happen—we are all human—but what matters most is how we respond to them. Taking accountability, learning from issues, and ensuring they are not repeated is critical. I expect each one of us to:
- Take complete ownership of assigned tasks.
- Be accountable for outcomes, not just efforts.
- Continuously look for ways to improve processes, quality, and efficiency.
- Moving Forward Together
My intention with this message is not to point fingers, but to strengthen our foundation as a team. We have immense potential, and by working together with mutual respect, discipline, and a shared commitment to excellence, we can create a workplace we are proud of and deliver work that truly delights our clients.
Let us move forward with renewed focus, positivity, and professionalism.
Thank you for your continued support and cooperation. Once again wish you all a happy prosperous and healthy New Year 2026
Regards
Narendra Sinha
